Desert golf on the outskirts of Vegas, carved through red rock canyons and arroyos. The terrain rolls and drops enough to earn your steps, but nothing punishing. Cart paths wind between holes, so expect some pavement walking when you go on foot. Mornings work best. Afternoon desert sun and distance between some greens and tees can drain you fast. Worth walking if you start early and bring water. Not worth walking if you're chasing a 1pm tee time in July.
