Walking Worland in Wyoming gives you light filtering through trees, morning mist that lingers, silence between shots. The region does that part right. Six thousand four hundred forty-four yards over 18 holes. Flat. The flatness works because the course doesn't need hills to slow you down. Slope of 113 keeps things moderate. There's movement in the design, but nothing that punishes you for showing up.
