Thirteen holes in the San Diego backcountry. Mt Woodson does its own thing and does not apologize for it. The layout wraps through rocky terrain east of Ramona, where the pace stays relaxed and the crowds stay elsewhere. Walking works here if you know what you signed up for. Not a bucket list course. Not trying to be. Just an odd little public track that rewards golfers who appreciate the weird ones.
