Walking golf in the Pacific Northwest at Burley, Idaho comes with a specific set of atmospherics. The light through the trees, the morning mist that hasn't burned off, and the silence between shots that the region does better than anywhere. At 1,250 yards over 9 holes, this is a flat walk that compensates for its lack of elevation with genuine serenity. Slope of 113 puts this squarely in moderate territory: enough movement to notice, not enough to dread.
