Walking a private course in the Southeast is a minor act of defiance against the region's cart-first defaults. Members who walk here have made a deliberate choice. The turf stays healthier. The round feels slower and more intentional. Summer heat in South Florida is not a footnote. It's a condition. Morning tee times aren't a preference. They're a plan. Flat terrain keeps the walk easy, and an 84 walkability score puts this among the more walking-forward courses in Florida. In a region where that's never guaranteed, it counts.
