Singing Hills has real elevation changes. The Willow Glen course sits in the San Diego foothills with enough slope (128) to work the contours without getting punished. At 6,651 yards it plays honest through canyon country. Greens run $40 to $85. Walk score of 78 means the course doesn't fight you, but it won't hold your hand either. There's a restaurant after. It's not a pilgrimage walk, but if you're in East County and want to ditch the cart, you could do worse.
