Flat Kentucky terrain at California, Kentucky keeps the walk physically accessible while the Bermuda fairways and Southern sky do the atmospheric work. At 6,137 yards over 18 holes, this is a course you can walk in any reasonable level of heat without the terrain fighting you. Slope of 111 puts this squarely in moderate territory: enough movement to notice, not enough to dread. Summer mornings in Kentucky are the window for comfortable walking golf. Afternoons are negotiable depending on the month.
